The HOTFIL system with its components conditioner, conditioning / filling gas and electrodes permits the direct processing of custom colored & shaped fluorescent lamps on a common pumping system/bombarder without the need for a processing oven.
The patented process is semi-automatic, thus requiring minimal personnel training.

HOTFIL electrodes come like standard Neon electrodes in a soft glass envelope and are spliced to standard coated or uncoated sign / Cold Cathode tubing after bending into shape by the neon bender. Tubulation and mercury trap are attached as with sign tubing.
